I am seeking to claim against a Rated tradesman. The job requires to be re done fully and it was not completed. This has cost me time and stress. I used Rated to avoid this and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The tradesman is now not contactable and I would like further details from Rated in order to enable me to pursue legal action,.
