Hi Julie, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs that you have posted through Rated People. Select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. A tradesperson can also send you a prompt to leave a rating. If you have this email, you'll need to click the tradesperson/company name in this email and follow the instructions to leave your rating.
