Hi Jill, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account (free and created through you posting a job) or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. After that, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You will then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money and add your comments. Tradespeople can also send you an email prompt to rate them, and all you would need to do then is click the company name/ tradesperson's name in the email and follow the instructions.
