Hi Joan, It's great to hear that you're keen to review your tradesperson! We have an FAQ to help at ratedpeople(dot)com/c/help#giving-feedback-and-ratings. In a nutshell, you need to log in to your free account on our homepage (created by you posting a job) or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to bring up the list of jobs you've posted through Rated People. After that, just select the job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work.
