How to change concrete garden into lawn

Good morning Maria Firstly you will need a good breakfast! You then need to break the concrete slab (we use a mechanical breaker, they are available to hire) and take the rubble away. I now suggest a tea! When you have removed all of the broken concrete stone pick the area and back fill with top soil. Take care to tired it in every six inches or so of depth to give you a firm base. After it is sculpted to your desiredc contours you can then go ahead and either turf or seed however I would not recommend seeding until late March/April. Lots of water will be required most of which will be sweat. Kindest regards Andrew
