Hi Cecelia, I can see on our system that the tradesperson 'L & b. Home & garden services' has expressed interest in your job. Once a tradesperson expresses interest in your job, we email you with a link to their profile page where you can view their ratings and reviews from previous Rated People customers. You'll see their most recent ratings with a 'View More Ratings' link at the bottom taking you to the full list of their ratings with Rated People. You can also view the profile and ratings of the tradespeople interested in your job by logging in to your account online (free and created by you posting a job). Just click the Login link in the main navigation on our homepage: ratedpeople(dot)com/local/login. Then select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and select the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you have download the Find a Tradesman mobile app. I hope this helps.
