Hi Peter, Have you tried checking your spam folder for the forgot password email? We've noticed some of our emails falling into junk. If this still doesn't work, please contact our Customer Support Team at support(at)ratedpeople.com and a member of the team will be in touch to help. I'm not sure when you posted your job but just so you're aware, job posts are automatically deleted after 72 hours, or when 3 tradespeople express interest in the job - whichever's sooner.
