Garden Slabs & Fencing

I am a property owner looking for a builder to lay down concrete slabs in my garden and fencing on one side, the garden is not very big, estimate 10 metres in length by 5/6 meters in width. I would like the job to be completed in limited time and to commence immediately. I will purchase all materials needed for this, I am looking to pay no more than £800 for labour.
