Hi, A fencing quotation has to take into account many things, access being a large part but also what services (water / electric / gas) may be within the fenceline, existing trees / shrubbery that may need work or removal to enable correct installation and the construction of the existing fence to be removed, so without seeing the area it's very difficult. A rough rule of thumb for a good quality panel fence with gravel board would be £80 - £100 per 1.8m bay, so around £500 - £600 for your job. This would include materials, labour and removal of waste for a simple remove one and install another job. Hope that helps :-)
