I have a client who has a fairly small lawn and some borders with various plants and bushes. She requires a fortnightly maintenance service and I am needing a quote for insurance purposes, therefore, do not wish to post a job as I am not in a position to proceed at present. The gardening companies I have approached are fully booked and don't wish to engage in discussion, when all I want is a quote! What would be the average hourly rate for such a gardening service please ?
