Hi William, Have you posted a job on our site? If so, you should receive an email with a link to the tradeperson's profile. From there you should be able to check their reviews and ratings. If not, I'd recommend you post a job (you can do this by visiting our homepage) so you can receive quotes from local tradespeople with the knowledge that we'll send you everything you need to make an informed decision. If not, you could always try searching in Google for "Rated People + the name of the tradesperson". This should retrieve the tradesperson's profile page for you to look at. I hope this helps, Jon
