Poor Work

Had work done by a trader from your site.The work he completed was of a very poor standard & refused to complete the work as he didn't realise the size of the job when quoting,he still wanted full payment though!I appreciate I can leave Neg F/B but that doesn't get the work completed to a satisfactory standard & would be afraid of my own safety if I did so. Any suggestions to what action I can take?
