Hi Anne, To change your feedback: 1. Log in to your account or launch the mobile app. 2. Click 'My jobs' and select the job that you'd like to update the rating for. 3. Click the green 'Change your rating' button. 4. Select a new star rating and enter any additional comments or feedback that you have. 5. Click the 'Rate' button to submit the new rating. You should be able to write another review and take the other one off. If that doesn't work just call rated people directly and they should be able to do it for you. Thanks
