Verification PIN

Why isn't it made clear before one enters details that a PIN will be sent and what is is for? When filling in my phone number it was as if I had been asked for MY mobile number's pin. This was most confusing and made me change to my landline number, which may not have been the best number to use.

Hi Rosalyn When you post a job, we notify you that we will be texting you a pin number in order to verify your details. We would never have access to your phone's pin number, so not sure sure why you were under the impression this was what we needed. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
