Hi Sam, To give a tradesperson a review, log in your account online and select 'My jobs' from the main navigation. Choose the completed job to see a list of the interested tradespeople and then click the 'Rate' button next to the name of the tradesperson who did the work. You can give a 1 to 5 star rating (5 being the best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. Thanks, Alex Ask an Expert team
