Tree problems

Willow and Maple tree location at end of garden. What are the issues? Is it likely that the roots will drive down towards the property? Is it likely that they have already caused the damage to the garage floor i.e a big crack. How do we deal with this?

Hi Valentina, If your trees are more than 10 meters away then it is unlikely they will cause a problem & it also depends on the size of the trees, The best thing to do would be to ask a tree surgeon or structural engineer to have a look & advise. Hopefully this helps good luck
