So many excuses. Shed delivered to tradesman instead of me apparently. Had to ring or text several times to find this out after over a week. Then same .. ringing to try to get a date to start work. When he does answer, I've been told that message left on Rated People website for me ... voicemail left on my phone, neither having happened. Then told turning up and doesn't. When he does, he does an hour or so and then disappears to go get something and I don't see him for days, then only turns up when I get on the phone and have a moan! Another hour's work and promises to keep me quiet for another week. Excuses for not turning up include it was his birthday and he and his girlfriend were doing something special ... knackered after up all night feeding puppies ... left messages explaining why not coming (no message received) ... van off the road. Taken 5 weeks to get the old shed down and taken away and base for new shed made. Waiting for my shed to be delivered now as I go into the 6th week. Was supposed to be first thing, but nothing yet. And even if this guy gets his mate to deliver my shed (which I paid him for when he came to give me the quote ..£300), who knows how long I will have to wait to have him come to install it. Would never use Rated People ever again and am in despair not knowing what to do.
