Gardener or Tree surgeon? Moving a semi mature tree to another site

We have a large 5m tall/4m wide spread young (5 years old) westeria in the front of our house which we would like to move onto another site so it's got to be taken out of the ground and moved into a large pot we will provide for transportation 300m away from the current location.
