My neighbour continually soaks the garden fence with her sprinkler and has rotted the panels so they are falling off. She refuses to contribute to the cost of repair and says it’s my responsibility is she right? The deeds say both sides should pay a fair share for fencing either side of their garden but she’s refusing point blank
