We want to deck our patio. It currently is poured concrete. We have two manholes which are covered by this makeshift brick and wood enclosure. It’s four bricks high but two bricks high would be sufficient. We are thinking of getting the whole area decked which would include decking over the manhole covers.
We are concerned about water pooling under the decking. Is this something to worry about?
