I have been threatened with a fine after a person who I paid through this site illegally dumped my rubbish from a garden job. I paid quite a lot of money as they said they had to pay to use a skip to get rid of my rubbish. There is an investigation and the person is looking to procecute the tradesmen involved in the job. So much for 'rated' people!
