Hello Peter It depend of lot of circumstancies such as water pressure electric consumption in your property etc etc. If mains water pressure during a peak time in your flat( between 9-17 ) is over 1.5 bar and you have a space for 200-300 litres cylinder the best option for you would be Unvented Hot Water System. 1st of all Hot water at the same pressure on every draw off points in your flat as well controlled central heating system from that Cylinder.
