ive had 2 rads extra put in my water is now not heating is it the installers fault or not and why has it happend ive a condensing combi

Hello, My initial thoughts are that the boiler has developed a fault, which is unlikely to be the installers fault, However if it worked perfectly prior to you having the alterations to the heating system, the instaler should atleast take a look as it could be as a result of alterations. If I was the installer in this case I would offer to fix the boiler free of charge provided that you pay for any parts. Thanks

Hi Have you top up a system after bleeding all radiators? Check pressure first in a system and if it's less than 1 bar top up. If the pressure is fine than is a boiler fault;)
