Hi Marylin how do you know that you have a leak on radiator pipes? If you have a wet patches on a cealing it can be a bathroom issue. If boiler pressure is dropping down this can be a vesel problem which will required topping up a pressure( this will require Gas Engineer) . Check all radiators valves first maybe is leak there for innstance on compression nuts., threads , radiators etc. Leak on pipe work can occure due to corrosion , mechanical damage etc I would suggest to check all this what I mentioned than lifting up floor boards ;)
