Hi Rachel it is a common problem with the duo tech it is caused by having what we call a dead leg in the system that is a branch of pipework that is capped off but still connected you can have some find and get rid of the dead leg or baxi make a fitting that can be installed to stop this problem either way the installer should remedy the problem for you. Hi Rachel this can be main stop tap which is worn , unsecurred pipe work or secured in a bad manner or "dead leg" old pipe work lefted capped.
