Patrick, I am assuming this is an Electric Under Floor Heating. This is checked at several stages through the process to check working; 1. When Mat Laid - Checked by Electrician 2. When Screed Laid - Checked By Electrician 3. When Tiled - Checked By Electrician This is mandatory that the Guarantee Card is filled out by a Registered Electrician the Resistance Readings that indicate the Under Floor Heating is within tolerances. Then you cannot turn it on for a minimum of 21 days until the Screed and Tiles are fully dried and air bubbles released. If you turn it on and use it before then, you are likely to damage it and Screed may start to crack and split. If all of this is working then you are getting no heat, it could be screed is too thick or wrong one used that does not allow transfer of heat to under the tiles. Also, if it has not been laid on a Thermal Floor (Baco Board) or similar you may be losing heat through the floor underneath. Bill
