I have had installed an Ideal Espirit 2 in my BTL property. The plumber has not left a heating temp control... how do I control the temperature without this?

Temp control is fitted on your boiler check all in manual book. Do not you have room thermostat fitted with a system? Gas engineer should fit it as this is a requirements of building regulations part L. Did you check his gas safe card before job was Done? It's illegal to install gas appliances without certification.
