new boiler 3 years ago (not a combi). If upstairs radiators are on, downstairs radiators are not hot, but the boiler is bigger than old one, any ideas please?

most likely caused by a build up of sludge in the system when the boiler was fitted did they powerflush the system and fit a system filter. you should also consider changing the pump
