Hi, On an old radiator that we have the bleed screw,unsure of proper name,has worn from a square head to rounded,as it is recessed I can't get grip to turn,help

Hi Michael unfortunatelly I am affraid that is a time to change radiator as you won't be able to unscrew bleeding valve;(
