Hi jean does your hot water work if so it might be a timer / thermostat fault. Your boiler is less than 2 years old so should be still covered under the warranty so you should call your installer if you get no joy from them yu can call Worcester direct you will need the serial number off the boiler and they can tell you if it is under warranty.
