we have a combi boiler we can get hot water from the kitchen tap and the sink in the bathroom but not from the bath tap it only gets luke warm

Hi sometimes when heat exchanger is not heating water at full rate water from bath tap can be slightly colder than from other taps as for instance monoblock tap in kitchen sink or washbasin monoblock tap are fitted with small bore flexible pipes where water flow is a bit lower so heat exchanger has enough time to heat water. Bath fillers are this days 1/4 turn opersted with ceramic disc so water flow is always higher . Try to change flow rate to your boiler than if it will work it would mean that heat exchanger in a boiler need attention. I hope this will help. Regards Rafal
