Dear AnnMarie in radiator is a screw which is quadrant and required special key for it which you can buy from any diy shops. It's called radiator bleeding key. While you have this key place it on a bleeding valve ( valve with quadrant top and small hole ) than turn anticlockvise to open it and let air come out. While air won't be hear and you will see water coming out please turn valve clockwise to shut valve off. After this process your radiator is bleed. Sometimes boilers need toping up after bleeding as pressure can drop if there is a lot ofair inside system. to top up a boiler underneath boiler is filling loopattached with valves which just need opening and letting water to top up a ststem. Makesure that pressureisabout1 bar watching pressure gageon your boiler. If 1 bar is reached shut both valves in that flexiblefillin loop. I hope this will help regards Rafal
