Hello John. Have you had power flushing done as it seems to be a noise from a sludge build up in your system. If you have flushed your system with chemical flush all symptoms of banging rattling etc should finish. Regards Rafal

I have Vokera flowmatic boiler. When starting CH, it starts popping and banging until it reaches 60 deg, then its fine,no noise. Flushed out, still the same..
