Hello Lynda It seems to be like faulty thermostatic valve which is not opening as it should and is getting stuck. I would suggest to get a plumber to check. Regards Rafal

I'v gch.when i turn radiator thermostat over 3 it makes a high pitched sound.It goes if i turn it higher or lower. Tried bleeding, it makes no difference.
