Hello andy. It seems to be the pressure vessel that needs charging or replacing. Gas safe engineer needs to sort this for you. Easy to sort out. Regards richard

Hi Andy It seems to be like expansion vessel have not been check and recharge while PRV was replaced. Please call gas engineer back to resolve a problem. I hope this can help. Regards Rafal
