Hello I would suggest to get an engineer to look at this issue as possibly you have faulty heat exchanger so it can not heat water at full rate. I hope this can help regards Rafal

Worcester bosch bolier not working (water keeps going cold and hot), but central heating ok. Also boiler makes a large growl on starting. Any idea on problem
