Hello Sam. If it's thermostatic shower possibly thermostatic cartridge is gone and will required replacement or just required resetting. Any plumber can help you with this issue. I hope this can help. Regards Rafal

the water coming from the shower is luke warm. Water from the bathroom tap is hot and the heating is working fine.
