Hi Glenda. Yes there is a problem somewhere so I would suggest to call for a gas engineer. Fault can be in PCB or overheating thermostat. I hope this can help Regards Rafal

Potterton Suprima 60L - I have to press the reset button up to 20 times a day & when locks out have to unplug electric supply to get boiler going. Problem?
