after having a valve replaced in boiler, the heating does not get up to speed . have been told we need a power flush had a we have 19 rads, approximately?

Hi Jan Of gas engineer advice you that your system needs power flushing you might get one. Power flushing will clean all heating system including boiler heat exchanger from any debris and sludge which build up after years of usage. I hope this can help Regards Rafal
