I have an Unvented boiler i am unsure if its broken

I have an Unvented boiler in my small cafe business and one of the radiators is on 24/7 and my electricity bills are extremely high. i want to know if I have a problem and if I NEED an engineer if so where would I get one my cafe is in Glasgow
