Only get hot water when heating is on

Hi, I have an Ideal Isar HE24 Boiler, which we inherited when we bought our recent house, however we only get hot water when the boiler is switched on, obviously need to get this fixed as don't want to have to have the heating on in the summer.

It is possible that it is connected that heating must be on for Boiler to operate. I would suggest that you get a Engineer in to check operation and that advise solution. Bill Pipe Dreams Plumbing Services Bournemouth Dorset (can be found on Google)
