How do I replace storage heaters with standard electric ones?

Posted by Katy Cooke, on
I have old storage heaters, so heated through the boiler. Is it straight forward to remove these with standard electric heaters or will I require some one to change the boiler?

Catherine, If they are Heaters that are heated by Water from the Boiler then these are Radiators. If you want to remove them it is quite easy. If you then fit Electric Heaters, you will need to have Electrics supplied to each heater. o, you would need a Plumber to remove existing and Electrician to fit new Heaters.
