Hi, I found a boiler replacement and bathroom fitter through rated people and we ended up asking him to leave as his work was worse than bad. His plumbing was diabolical and we had to get someone else to tidy up as he hadn't tightened things as he should, he cut off an overflow pipe and instead of capping it he put a bag in it with silicone!!
can you tell us how we report him to you to stop this happening to others??
