Combi boiler CH prob

I have ideal boiler combi.. hot water works fine.. when i try to put heating on the the pressure go thru roof and boiler cuts out..then i turn on tap and nothing but steam like a boiled kettle.. this lowers pressure back to 1 ... pump gone maybe?? how much u think is rough estimate ?

The boiler needs a new expansion vessel! Vessel are around £80 to £100 plus labour to install.
