I have a gas cooker with an electric fan-assisted oven, which has stopped working. Which trade would "electric fan-assisted oven repairs" come under?

Dear David I would suggest to post job for electrician as many gas engineers do not do repairs of faulty fans in oven Best regards Rafal

Try a good electrician , but if can find someone who specialists in cockers ,normally it's due to the program
