Changing oil combi boiler to electric combi boiler.

We have oil central heating (combi boiler) for the first time ever since August last year. We are trying to research changing it to an electric combi boiler later this year. We're having difficulty finding out any real information - what size of boiler we need, which one (s) is the best, what the tariffs are that are available such as economy 10 and economy 18 and their consequent costs. What the cost of changing oil boiler to electric boiler is and whether it would be a plumber or an electrician we would need.
