I recently moved into a house and am trying to work out the heating/hot water system. I have an ideal icos HE15 boiler. I turned the wall mounted CH and HW units to off, but it still displays "c" meaning "boiler is active". I would have thought it should be displaying "0" meaning "standby". What could be the problem?
