Hot water not working. Condenser boiler

Hot water not working. Condenser boiler. Do I need plumber or heating engineer. Boiler seems fine as radiators work

Vincent McCauley

Hi, Most plumbers do heating also like I do. Check the pressure on the boiler as hot water won't work if pressure below 0.5 bar. If low then top up through filling loop at the boiler. If pressure is ok then you need a plumbing & heating engineer to have a look as it could be a sensor that's faulty or a faulty diverter valve/ruptured diaphragm washer which is housed inside the diverter valve. Thanks, Vinny
