Hot water not working condenser boiler. Pressure valve

Posted by Lizanne Dixon, on
Hi I have a potterton suprima 40L condenser boiler. I got advice earlier about pressure. I can't find pressure gauge. I know what it looks like but still can't find it. My husband previously seemed to think it was a something underneath water tank in upstairs cupboard which has lights for central heating and hot water. Help

First you need to find out if your system is a sealed system or a open system, if you have a sealed system you should have a red vessel in a compartment or the loft, if not then your system is a open system and there is no pressure gauge. Seek the help of a qualified heating engineer.
