Hi Geoff If you mean the oven burner cuts out after 10 minutes (ie the gas had been burning for 10mnutes) it means tha the oven has reached its temperature and the flame should change from high flame to low flame, if the flame goes out it means that the bypass within the thermostat is blocked, this is a job for a qualified gas engineer (not a plumber with a two week course) Cheers joe
